Delivery & Setup - We Come To You!
Deliveries are done FAST and FREE. If you're close, we strive to get the job done same day. If not, the weekend is typically when you should expect us. No generic couriers. No boxes dumped on your doorstep. Just Ryan in his van, your mobility equipment, and a proper handover.
Once you've placed your order, we'll give you a call to arrange delivery. We like to keep things efficient (and eco-friendly), so we typically batch deliveries together on weekends. So the longest you'll wait is less than a week.
Here's what happens, from start to finish:
You order, we'll be in touch - usually by a quick call or a text. We'll rock up to your door with your new scooter or powerchair, give it a full setup, and walk you through everything you need to know. We're talking proper demonstrations - how to fold it, charge it, drive it, and basically become best mates with it. We don't leave until you're 100% confident and happy.
Super far away? If you're 6 hours away and we don't have any other deliveries near you, we may arrange a courier, which will incur a small cost, or, we may still complete the delivery. Again, at a small cost, typically just enough to cover diesel. But we'll ALWAYS let you know first.
