Although we're super confident in both our products and services - sometimes things just don't match up or the product isn't as expected or you've had a change of mind. That's okay, we get it!
With all orders, you have a 14-day cooling off period. So you have peace of mind with us. So long as obviously the product isn't damaged - you can return it. No fuss, no messing around, no making you wait weeks for a response and refund. Call us, have a chat and take it from there.
Here's what happens, from start to finish:
Lets just say you order a BeeLite from us. You thought you wanted something lightweight, so you went for that. Now, obviously lighter products aren't as sturdy, robust or as comfortable as say the BeeRari. The BeeRari is the better scooter, but is heavier.
So, after trying out the BeeLite, you didn't feel as though it gave you the ride you wanted or the range you needed while also understanding you have no need to ever pick up the scooter, so going lighter really didn't make any sense.

In this scenario, you could give us a call, discuss all of this and simply come and try out a Rari. We don't believe in just giving up on the solution, we will do everything we can to find what's best for you.
Now, you try the Rari and decide yep, this is the one. It's more sturdy, more comfortable and has superior range capabilities.

We will swap out on a 1 to 1 basis and if there's any difference you owe us or we owe you, we will settle that up on the spot and everyone rides away happy!
If we cannot find an alternative for you, that's also fine. We will issue full and immediate refunds without any fuss at all. We want everyone who interacts with us to have a completely transparent and fulfilling experience.
