Refund Policy
Although we're super confident in both our products and services - sometimes things just don't match up or the product isn't as expected or you've had a change of mind. That's okay, we get it!
Once you've placed your order, we'll give you a call to arrange delivery. We like to keep things efficient (and eco-friendly), so we typically batch deliveries together on weekends. So the longest you'll wait is less than a week.
Here's what happens, from start to finish:
You order, we'll be in touch - usually by a quick call or a text. We'll rock up to your door with your new scooter or powerchair, give it a full setup, and walk you through everything you need to know. We're talking proper demonstrations - how to fold it, charge it, drive it, and basically become best mates with it. We don't leave until you're 100% confident and happy.
Super far away? If you're 6 hours away and we don't have any other deliveries near you, we may arrange a courier, which will incur a small cost, or, we may still complete the delivery. Again, at a small cost, typically just enough to cover diesel. But we'll ALWAYS let you know first.
