Trade-Ins
We accept trade-ins of all mobility products. Scooters, powerchairs... you name it, we buy it.
We have an industry leading trade-in service. You will get by far the most money for yourself from us. We don't offer a generic £75 - £100 for products that are clearly worth more. We routinely pay anywhere from £100-£900 for trade-ins. We haven't paid over £1000 for a trade-in yet, but perhaps...that'll be you?
We of course prefer if you buy something from us at the same time, so you'll get more store credit than you would straight cash.
Here's what happens, from start to finish:
Contact us and explain which product you wish to trade. It helps if you can be as accurate as possible. It's best if you email / text / call us and send photos over so we can see what's going on. Let us know how long you've had it for and if there's been any servicing or repairs, let us know that too.
Please don't call us about a powerchair you purchased 8 years ago for £800 and now you want £500 for it even though it's impossible to get parts, impossible to get new batteries and it looks like its been left on a train track and repeatedly crushed into a rusty pulp. You won't get lucky, you won't trick us into buying it, you'll only waste our time as well as your own.
After we know what you have, if we're interested, we'll give you a rough quote on the spot. We do need to view and test the scooter or powerchair trade in in-person before purchasing. If we find any faults or major issues, we obviously need to factor in any repairs. If it's in full working order and without any major cosmetic issues, we will buy from you instantly. Cash in hand. It's that simple.
